Annual Updates

Periodically, revisions are required to reflect the changing nature of business in our community. Some changes are always necessary in order to make adjustments for unintended limitations placed on certain industries, while others address innovations and unforeseen industry shifts. Most of these updates are simple house-keeping and corrective changes due to oversight, grammatical mistakes, contradictions or missing items. All updates are aimed to help better serve the Parish in defining and regulating these uses.

Amendments Summary and Master List

The Caddo Parish Unified Development Code was implemented in December 2017. Below is a Master List of all Code-text amendments that have been recommended by the Shreveport-Caddo Metropolitan Planning Commission and adopted by the Caddo Parish Commission.
