Applications 

The principal functions of the MPC includes the processing of zoning, platting, site plan, variance and other development related applications, along with zoning enforcement, long range planning, and the issuing of various permits including certificates of occupancy and sign permits. Report A Violation

The Zoning Enforcement Department of the MPC averages over 3,500 zoning inspections per year. Since there are only three enforcement officers who cover the entire planning limits (approximately 300 square miles), violations are handled on a complaint basis. The Zoning Enforcement Department depends greatly on the general pubic to notify it when violations, or suspected violations, are found. Approved Site Plans 

Each site plan that has been approved by the MPC is posted to the following page: Approved Site Plans.

Pending Certificate of Occupancies

Every application that is submitted for a commercial Certificate of Occupancy is posted to the following page: Pending Certificate of Occupancies. This page is updated every Friday by 12:00 PM.
