The following items are required in order to submit an application.
Application
Statement of Proposed Use
- Include a statement that identifies the duration of the use and description of the project.
Illustrated Property Plan.
- This can be hand drawn, drawn upon an aerial image/photograph, or drawn upon a previously approved site plan - with the following items and information identified:
- All property lines
- Streets, sidewalks, and alleys, including existing curb cuts
- Building footprints (including any accessory structures)
- Location and dimensions of all proposed temporary structures, gross area (square feet), and height (in feet to tallest element)
- Include distances between temporary and existing structures and distances to property lines
- Other impervious surfaces (walkways, decks, patios, etc.)
- All parking, including handicap accessible spaces and loading spaces
- Show vehicle circulation lanes - with directional arrows - and driveways
- Bicycle parking spaces (as applicable)
- Fire hydrants, trash enclosures/dumpsters, and any existing vegetation/landscaping
- Indicate north arrow and date the plan was drawn
- Include all specific application requirements, if applicable

Farmer's Market |
- A scaled dimensioned site plan showing the layout of the entire market area, including vendor stalls, visitor facilities, seating areas, restrooms, all ingress and egress points to the site and all required parking spaces for the use.
- A management plan is required as part of the temporary use permit application that demonstrates the following:
- The on-site presence of a representative of the farmers' market during hours of operation who directs the operations of vendors participating in the market.
- An established set of operating rules addressing the governance structure of the market, hours of operation, and maintenance when open to the public.
- Provision for waste removal.
- The days and hours of internal operation, including vendor set-up and take-down times.

Temporary Outdoor Event |
- A scaled and dimensioned site plan showing the layout of the entire performance areas, visitor facilities, such as any seating areas and restrooms, all ingress and egress points to the site, and all required parking spaces for the use.
- A management plan is required as part of the temporary use permit application that demonstrates the following:
- The on-site presence of a representative for the outdoor entertainment event during the event.
- Provision for recycling and waste removal.
- The days and hours of operation, including set-up and take-down times.
- A description of crowd control and security measures.

Temporary Seasonal Sales |
- A scaled and dimensioned site plan showing the layout of the entire temporary sales area, including any temporary structures, all ingress and egress points to the site and all required parking spaces for the use.
- A management plan is required as part of the temporary use permit application that demonstrates the following:
- The on-site presence of a representative of the temporary seasonal sales during hours of operation who directs the operations.
- An established set of operating rules addressing the governance structure of the temporary seasonal sales hours of operation, and maintenance when open to the public.
- Provision of waste removal.
- The days and hours of internal operation, including vendor set-up, and take-down times.
