Are you seeking to operate an AirBnB, VRBO or other Short-Term Rental (STR) property? If so, you must first obtain a Short-Term Rental (STR) Permit. Short-Term Rental Properties are any habitable residential dwelling units, accessory dwelling unit or any room therein, that has been advertised as being temporarily available for rent for a term of less than thirty consecutive calendar days.

Please see "Rental Types" on the right panel (below panel on mobile) to determine which type of short-term rental property you will be operating.

 - If your application is a 'Type A' application, it will be reviewed internally. A planner will send you an email with a digital copy of your Short-Term Rental Permit, once the application has been completed.

- If your application is a 'Type B-1' application, it will be reviewed internally. A planner will send you an email with a digital copy of your Short-Term Rental Permit, once the application has been completed.
