Zoning regulates what land uses are allowed and establishes standards for construction including building setbacks, lot coverage, and building height. The rezoning of properties is intended to allow modifications in response to omissions or errors, changed conditions including subdivision of land, or changes in land use policy.

*Prior to completing a Planned Unit Development application, applicants will need to undergo a Pre-Application Conference (PAC). A Neighborhood Participation Plan may also be required for properties within the city limits.
