Application Period for Community Ambassadors

Community Ambassadors will serve as resident members of the project team who will connect their communities to the planning process through outreach, helping to ensure that the diversity of neighborhoods, interests, and demographic and socioeconomic factors seen in Shreveport are effectively represented throughout the planning process. They will receive training in planning concepts and facilitation skills and develop their own outreach programming in their communities. Community Ambassadors will also receive payment for their time throughout the planning process.
