Effective Monday, May 15, 2017 all property located
within the City Limits of Shreveport will be regulated
by the City of Shreveport Unified Development Code.
Any property that was zoned to a more restrictive zoning district (down zoned) as a result of the adoption of the Official Zoning Map associated with the Unified Development Code will be eligible for reconsideration by the MPC Board and Shreveport City Council at no cost. Property owners have 24 months from the effective date of this policy (August 2, 2017) to submit an application to the MPC Board for reconsideration.
